1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or downloading the ORA VPN client application, you enter into a legally binding agreement with ORA VPN ("we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, you are expressly prohibited from using the service and must immediately cease installation or client usage.

2. Proprietary License & Scope

ORA VPN is commercial, proprietary software. Subject to active subscription billing, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and run the client applications on supported devices solely for personal or internal business connectivity.

Proprietary Notice: The ORA VPN application code, protocol binaries, relay algorithms, and branding are closed-source proprietary technology. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or re-distributing binaries without express authorization is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use ORA VPN only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use our network infrastructure to:

Transmit malicious software, perform Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks, or engage in unauthorized network intrusion.

Violate copyright laws, distribute infringing material, or run illegal commercial relay services.

Attempt to bypass account authorization, abuse peer connection limits, or exploit relay nodes.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

ORA VPN services are provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions auto-renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the billing renewal date directly from the platform dashboard. Email cancellation requests are not accepted.

All purchases operate under a strict no-refund policy. Users can evaluate our service using a 3-Day trial by verifying their payment method or by purchasing a monthly plan and cancelling prior to renewal. Accepted payment methods are Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, and UPI.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our peer-to-peer technology strives for max throughput and minimal ping, performance may vary based on local ISP conditions, peer availability, and physical network paths.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORA VPN and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost data, interrupted network tunnels, or unauthorized third-party network access.

7. Modifications & Inquiries

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of ORA VPN following posted updates constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
